AmeriFix

The AmeriFix team was great. Our AC went out in our 2011 Hyundai right before the holiday, and my usual mechanic couldn’t get us in for at least a week to look at the issue. AmeriFix got me in the next day. They were very upfront that it might take more than a day to get it back depending on what the issue was and parts needed. They ran the initial diagnostic at no charge…unheard of these days…and called me back within 2 hours to let me know the compressor was working fine and it was more than likely a small leak they couldn’t find with the dye test. They recharged the Freon, and had my car back the same day at a minimal charge. The team was transparent and professional. We will definitely consider them for any future work needed.

We have had an excellent experience with Amerifix. Tim was especially helpful and informative during a stressful, time-sensitive situation when our van suddenly became undrivable late in the day. Before closing, he quickly helped me arrange towing and set me up with a loaner car so I could get home with my children and have transportation while our issue was being diagnosed. It ultimately took several rounds of diagnostics and repairs to identify the issue with our van, but I greatly appreciated the transparency throughout the entire process. Each diagnostic step, repair recommendation, and estimate was clearly communicated. Their customer communication and estimate system is excellent and serves both customers and the business really well. I was inspired to see plaques in the lobby commemorating the shop’s beginnings. It’s really incredible what Aaron and the Stokes family built up from a rustic car shop in a barn out back. Driving the loaner home with my kids, I cried reflecting on how Aaron’s legacy continues to impact people. Through the investment he made in this company and the values he instilled of excellence, dedication, integrity, and genuine care for others, he is cont

I was more than impressed with everything about my experience at Amerifix. I recently had a nerve-wracking drive from Kentucky to Franklin with my daughter, hauling horses. My truck was shaking and rattling, not able to go above 55mph on I65. The other reviews speak for themselves and this is why I called them after looking for a local mechanic that might be able to fit me in on short notice. Especially as I had to haul the horses back in 2 days. It was first thing on a Friday morning that I called, they immediately told me to bring it in and they would have a look at it. They drove it and took a look at it as soon as I got there and quickly offered a solution to the problem. Truck needed 4 new tires! They had this done by the end of the day and loaned me a car for the day. They were also very reasonably priced. I cannot speak more highly to the professionalism, kindness, quick and good work that they did to get me back on the road. I will be forever grateful and if I am in the area again with any hint of a truck issue, then I know who I will call. Thank you to all of you there that helped me that day. You all saved the day and my nerves! Best wishes to all.
